DELIVERY

1Uniform rollout Phase 1: up to 7 October 2025

  • Orders placed on or before 7 October 2025 will be delivered to your chosen delivery address on or before 11 December 2025
  • The Website will be closed for orders between 8 October 2025 and 1 December 2025

Uniform rollout Phase 2: after 1 December 2025

What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

  • Standard delivery to Waterford International reception, free of charge
  • Local delivery to your door at a flat rate. The delivery fee is added at checkout

When will my order be delivered?

  • Orders will be delivered to Waterford International once a week

  • Available for collection from reception every Thursday

  • Deliveries to your door will take between 2–3 business days

  • You will receive the relevant tracking information

RETURNS

How do I log a return/exchange or query missing items?

  • Go to “My Account”
  • Click on “Orders”
  • Click on “Order Messages”
  • Type your request and send.
  • You will be contacted soon for further steps
  • Please note: only delivered orders within 7 days of receipt will be eligible for return
  • Once your return is approved:
    1. Print or write down the return reference
    2. Attach it securely to the item being returned
    3. Return the item to Skye College Reception, sealed and clearly labelled with your return reference number

What is the status of my return?

  • We’ll keep you updated on the progress of your return via email
  • To ensure we have the correct contact details, update your Personal Details in the “Account Details” section of your profile

What do I do if the item I received is not what I ordered or is damaged/faulty?

  • We do our best to ensure all items arrive in good condition, and we’re sorry if that’s not been the case
  • First, check if your order qualifies under our Returns Policy
  • If it does, log a return through your order history
